The Selenese command "getCssCount" is not available through the WebDriverCommandProcessor.
There is a class GetCssCount in the package org.openqa.selenium.internal.seleniumemulation,
only it is not used.
Adding this command to the command processor solves the problem. See attachment.
Selenium version: 2.24.1 and trunk
