Originally reported on Google Code with ID 3060

When you save a selenese file you have to remember to add the .html else it just gets
created as 'file'. Similarly with any of the other extensions.

I've added this into Se-IDE, but right now it only works on windows thanks to a bug
in Firefox (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=545091).

Custom format developers need to add the defaultExtension option and getDefaultExtention
function to their formats. See r15173 for examples

Note that this was causing issue 3336, and a fix was pushed in r15870.
