IIUC, there is no unit test for the session management logic, in particular
the render loop and WARenderNotification handling.  tests such as the
'flow' test are the only way to test the #call:/#answer and task
mechanisms.

As part of  Issue 183 , I removed the only test class currently in the
Seaside-Tests-RenderLoop package. I have left the empty package around for the moment
in anticipation of some test being added as a result of this issue.
