When there is php code in css or javascript part of a html document, the
colouring is not correct. See attachment.

Haha. This could get ugly. We might reach SHRT_MAX by embedding PHP in CSS and
Javascript (as well as anything else embedded in HTML). I'll have to think through
the best way to do this one...

Fixed in SVN (revision 73). The lexer.lua API has been changed, and the documentation
has been rewritten.
