A port of WaitZar to run under SCIM, an input manager that is used heavily in Ubuntu and to a greater or lesser extent in most Linux distros.

The feel of WaitZar under Linux is quite different from the Linux feel; it has been modified to blend in more comfortably with scim-pinyin and scim-thai, among other IMEngines. Several legacy options in config.txt are not supported in the Linux version (they make no sense in the context of SCIM).

scim-waitzar version 1.0.0 has been released. We've heavily tested this release; thanks to all of you who contributed!
