2012-05-10 Neue Version 0.6.1 of the SAP Commander.

Product

The SAP Commander is a Filecommander used directly within the SAP System. It contains two Windows with ALV-Grids, that can contain a filelist of the frontend as well of the application Server. The files can be copied, moved, deleted, viewed and edited.

A command line for both frontend and application server is also included.

Project

Development of a filecommander like the gay old Norton-Commander for SAP-systems. The Programming language is ABAP-OO. It is based on object orientated classes for files, directories and filelists.

Installation

Transport

The Zip-File contains a Cofile (K90*.*) and a Data file (R90*.*), store the cofile into your cofile directory /trans/cofiles and the data file into the data directory /trans/data. Import the transport in transaction STMS.

The program will be installed into a package ZAPCMD.

The transport file is for SAP-Basis-Version 6.40 and higher.

I recommend this way of installation.

SAPLink

For installation of the Nugget file (*.nugg) the SAP-Link-Programm is used.

Following Plugins for SAPlink are used:

• DDic - Data dictionary objects
• Function Groups
• Message Class
• Transactions
• Standard Text (DOCT)

Because of an bug in SAPlink you have to import the nugget-file twice

I cant recomment installing using SAPLink, it is quite tricky to install this way.

Run the Program

After Installation call the transaction ZAPCMD to run the program.
