The easiest way to install RubyWeather is via the standard RubyGems facility:

sudo gem install rubyweather

Alternatively, you can download the package and source directly from RubyForge at http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=1990.

The latest source code is also always available via the Subversion repository.
