The default shortcut for "show open windows" is option-e. This is the key sequence needed to type acute-accented characters in Spanish and most other western-european language (for example, é, á, í, ó, ú) when you have your keyboard set for American English. That means the default is an annoyance for many bilingual English speakers. You might wish to consider changing this to command-option-e or something like that. |

I'll be the second to report this bug, just worked it out with Allan over at textmate and having this command set to option-e was causing TM to crash whenever I wanted to type accented characters. The fix for me was to remove the key sequence on that command. As the reporter above suggested you can try moving it a different key sequence. |

Shift-option-e types the accent character without the letter. Some people may need this, though probably very few, so I think it would be a definite improvement. However, command-option-e doesn't do anything by default, so I think that might be an even better candidate. Also, you can just "fat finger" option and command, so I find it is more comfortable for such a frequently used keyboard shortcut. |
