What steps will reproduce the problem? Create a stylesheet with 0cm top margin and try to use a header, or a 0cm bottom margin and try to use a footer. 2. 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect a header or a footer flush to the top/bottom of the page. What happens is that the header or footer is drawn outside the page. |
