Yes, ROX needs another Menu applet!

There were a couple of things I didn't like about the existing one(s), so I started from scratch with my favorite ROX language, Python.

005 (2005-10-12) More changes from Chris Arndt.

004 (2005-09-04) Skipped a bit there didn't I? Thanks to Chris Arndt, there is a new Menu release out there with some nice changes. As usual see the Changelog for details.
