A Robocode robot implementation for use in competing against other robots in ICS 413/613 software engineering at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

The strategy for this robot is fairly simple. Sit and search for a robot. Once it's found, move close to the enemy and fire at it. If the robot hits another robot, Menehune shoots at the robot and moves out of the way. If Menehune takes too many hits, it will move a little and adjust its gun to keep targeting the enemy.
