I think this is a very good idea and such features are top of my wish list in pickign a code review tool. So do i take it that none of these features exist in ReviewBoard? already?
Not just a good idea, but necessary. Without these features I will have to use a commercial product for this capability. Too bad as ReviewBoard? appeared to do all we needed. Just HAVE to have those metrics.
