Having to cut & paste summary and description for those who already use a
DVCS like git is very irritating, where you already have written
informative summary and description inside the local repo. So I just went
ahead and added these two options:

  --guess-summary       guess summary from dvcs repositories like git
  --guess-description   guess description from dvcs repositories like git

Will post a code review shortly (after the cloning is done)
