*NOTE: Do not post confidential information in this bug report.*

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Post review request with post-review script (using perforce as code
repository) - post-review <changenum>
2. Change the review in draft status to add bugs affected. Add reviewers
and publish it.
3. Do some changes to perforce changelist like description change,
adding/editing another file etc.
4. Post the review again (post-review <changenum>). This will update the
review description, diffs etc.

What is the expected output?
1. The field that were not specified while updating the review request
should not be removed. The field in concern is bug number.
What do you see instead?
1. Bug number is removed. So every time I update the review I have to
re-add the bug numbers.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
1. CentOS, Firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.

Any change of fixing this? The issue is still present in 1.0 version of review board.
