What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Post a review with an added file.
2. Make a change to the added file and post it again.
3. Go to the diff page and click on the interdiff button to see changes
between r1 and r2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The side-by-side revisions do not have the correct width.  This is because
the table still has the "newfile" CSS class applied to it.  It should only
have the "sidebyside" class.
