What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Add Screenshot. (This may apply to Add File too.)
2. Enter a caption and select a file.
3. Click upload.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The thumbnail should have the caption, but it's empty. Reloading fixes it.
