Fixed on djblets master (de55c46).

You can pull down a new version of Djblets and do an install from there, followed by
rb-site upgrade /path/to/site.

Or, you can wait until tomorrow and install a nightly by doing:

easy_install -f http://downloads.review-board.org/nightlies/ -U Djblets

And then do the rb-site upgrade.
