*NOTE: If you have a patch, please submit it to http://reviews.review-
board.org/

What version are you running?
1.0rc3 (still).

What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
dashboard, admin page, other pages depending on how you want to handle this

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Folks who leave our company often have a number of open review requests,
which clog up people's dashboards. We're assuming it doesn't make sense to
delete users, but we'd like to be able to mark them inactive or similar and
have the pending reviews not show up on people's dashboards.

If that's not an option (I know there have been performance concerns with
the dashboard) maybe a way to more easily mark all of their pending reviews
as discarded would suffice... though I'd really rather not do that. Knowing
which patches were pending review vs. discarded may be useful to whoever is
taking over the work of the person who left. Also, some of the inactive
users may eventually come back (I'm thinking of interns in particular...)
and it would be nice for them not to have their state totally obliterated.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
N/A

Should be relatively easy. I'd say this can get into a point release.
