Log as an administrator on RB, go to a review with quite a long diff 
(enough to enable a scrollbar on your browser), then click on the little 
image to edit the Branch field for instance : the page scrolls down, and 
you have to scroll up to go back editing your field. A little anoying


What operating system are you using? What browser?
This comportment is seen both on Vista/Chrome and MacOs/Safari

I guess a quick fix will be to add a "return false;" to the javascript 
editing function to prevent the browser to believe it's a real anchor.
