Common Problems

• The most common problem is probably when Login to Google Failed. This may be caused by a bug on our side, a change in Google's API, or a mistake made by the user.

If you got the message saying Login to Google Failed! and want to report about it, please follow these steps:

1. First make sure that your account is working (try login to Google Reader in-browser), and that you typed your username/password correctly.
2. Get the Debug build and try it.
3. In Preferences window, near the red error icon, should be a link that says Copy Error: Click it, it will copy the full error report to Clipboard. (If you want to read it, paste it (Ctrl+v) in notepad and such)
4. Create an issue or look for a similar one and enter your bug report. Paste the copied error report from last step, and add any relevant information (app version, windows version, was it working before, etc.)
   

• If you got a .NET Exception please use the Debug build, and post the exception's error message into a new issue (or an existing one).
