What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have unread items
2. Read unread items or mark all as read
3. The unread counts don't update to indicate they are no longer unread.
4. Clicking the "refresh" button makes the unread counts on the folders disappear but the 
unread count on the "All Items" folder still remains.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the unread count to update as soon as you read an item or as soon as you click 
the Mark All As Read button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
