Aladino, you have to provide the maps in raster format (either bmp, jpg, png or any other Qt supported format). FreeTrack? does not download tracks for you.

(devi essere tu a metterci le mappe dentro. FreeTrack? NON scarica le mappe da nessuna parte. Le devi mettere tu in formato immagine (bmp, jpg, ecc)... Io, ad esempio, mi scannerizzo le mia mappe cartacee)

Oltre a scannerizzare le mappe (che purtroppo non posso fare perchè non ho uno scanner), c'è qualche altro modo per avere le mappe? Se si come? Grazie. Aladino

Dovresti cercare su internet delle cartine già scannerizzate. Quello che faccio io qualche volta è di fare una "foto" alla pagina di GoogleMaps? che mi interessa!

I have installed the Fretrack 1.2.1 in my Nokia 5800Xpressmusic... And I have some problems... I've created a map (.jpg; 132Kb) of my town, I've tried to calibrate it in the three points (-4.73534, 41.6701; ....) around my home but... in the map display appears... nothing! only de gried table. The GPS runs OK and the lat/long in the back of the page appears clerly. I've used your program in the mountain and it save perfectly a track that I can see prefectly in GoogleEarth?.

I dont understand anythink ...

Thanks for your interest! Download and install the FreeTrack? 1.3 RC1 from the download page of this website, the FreeTrack? 1.2 from OVI store is buggy and OLD. I plan to release the 1.3 officially on OVI in a few weeks.

If you are using 1.3 already, please write to me either on the google group or directly on my email about this problem.

Non ho capito una cosa, se importo un'immagine mappa jpg e sapendo il log di 3 punti posso manualmente inserirli? Non sono riuscito ad editare i tre campi... Grazie e Complimenti Angelo

si puoi: devi inserire i numeri nelle caselline della dialog giusta, oppure scrivere a mano il file cal. Al secondo link ci sono tutti i riferimenti...

Perfetto, domani e dopodomani lo provo a fondo, ma già mi piace molto... Lo uso su un N97mini, ma lo installerò anche sui nokia dei miei amici. Grazie :D
