Rearranged a few other of the popup menu layouts..
Reduced some noise level in labeling and layout..
I couldn't fix the spacing gaps on the slider label/layouts
horizontally or vertically. Maybe another night, but I didn't
see where they were.
I may have made a royal mess here...but it builds o.k. and works on
Ubuntu 8.10 at least.

I added the NB ANF NR buttons to the popup menu
Rearranged a few other of the popup menu layouts..
Reduced some noise level in labeling and layout..
I couldn't fix the spacing gaps on the slider label/layouts
horizontally or vertically. Maybe another night, but I didn't
see where they were.
