QSEPACK is a library for computing quantum trajectories of n-spin systems on large-dimension state-spaces, using only O(n) time and space resources instead of the O(n²) resources that naively are required.

QSEPACK provides MATLAB functions for fast matrix-vector multiplication of the structured matrices that appear in large-scale quantum trajectory simulations.
