QSAPI (Quick Start API) WebMenu is the open source version of Active WebMenu, an ActiveX control that allows web developers to create native, Office-style menus and toolbars inside web pages viewed by Microsoft Internet Explorer.

The files in this repository are all part of a Visual Studio 2008 C++ project, and have been tested to compile successfully on a Windows Vista PC.
