What is <windows login> ? I had a error 1001 after entering my own login and password, and another error (invalid account mapping) with any other login and pswrd.
Kostya, you may need to preface your username with the domain name (in the case of having a domain controller), or your machine name. For example, username would be: mycomputer\myaccount
Or if your account is controlled by a domain controller (a network account), use the domain:
myworknetwork\myusername
The DistributedObjects? Windows service won't start. I am using the network\username and correct password. But I get this error:
Could not start the DistributedObjects? service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
