It should be useful to have a todo or a note section somewhere linked to the project (a file inserted in a .pro commented special tag?) |

whats wrong with doying it in code...? latter on you can search for "todo" in the project. |

I'd like not to write them directly on code because I don't want distribute them with sources. In some cases they are about an entire subsection of program and i don't know where I can put them. Actually I use some txt files with an extern editor but I'd like to have a section in project for text files (or other type not directly related to Qt) to quickly access them. |

I think we can do following things: 1) Create a special "ToDo list" dialog; 2) Keep global ToDo's in settings database file; 3) Search any "//TODO:" marks in code and show them in the dialog involved.

Can I suggest that the todo tag embedded within the code is \todo so that it is consistent with the doxygen style: http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/commands.html#cmdtodo |
