From every maven event, it should be possible open in a window (by double
clicking or context menu) where the messages can be read with the proper
formatting (newlines) and the text from the message can be copied.

An use for this is executing the maven commands for manually downloading
and installing dependencies missing from the repositories (both local and
remote). See Issue 98.

Currently (in trunk after 0.2.2), the following workarounds exist:
- For copying text: Use CTRL+C on the whole event, then paste on another
editor and select the interesting text.
- For reading the event description: hover the message and read the tooltip.

Created a detail view for the maven event view. You can access it by double clicking
an event. The up/down arrows let you scroll through the list. Hope it is what you
were looking for.

Patch attached.
