What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded PyScripter-v2.5.3-Setup.exe
2. Attempted to install it
3. I got the error "Python could not be properly installed.  We must quit."
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation to be completed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Python 3.4.1 is installed and working in the IDLE environment.

Please provide any additional information below.
I also tried the zip file with no success.

HELP PLEASE
