Access Violation on 64-bit PyScripter #592

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  I just opened the 64 bit version, tried to close a file and got the error.
2.  I tried to hit Send (Send bug report using default mail client) and it gave 
the error again.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
64 bit PyScripter on Win 7 (64bit)

Please provide any additional information below.

PyScripter 2.4.5 fixes this issue as well as the problems with the Exception 
dialog box.
