PyOpenVG provides bindings for the OpenVG 2D vector graphics api (http://www.khronos.org/openvg/) with some syntactic sugar.

Currently, only the ShivaVG implementation of OpenVG is supported, but PyOpenVG could trivially be adapted to work with others.
