What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a ftp server.
2. Use nmap like this: nmap -sT -p 21 locahost
3. The following exception is raised:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "ftpserver.py", line 3263, in <module>

  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.6/socket.py", line 195, in accept
    sock, addr = self._sock.accept()

The only system where this is reproducible so far is FreeBSD.
