fileio

  • Description: Provides an object for accessing dicom, nifti, and afni brik files that has a uniform interface across file types. Includes a curses-based app for displaying header contents to a terminal, an app for converting among file types, and several modules useful for fmri data analysis. Coding quality is uneven (I'm not a programmer) but has been in use by a large lab for over six years.

  • Developer: John Ollinger
