What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get old
2. Have poor vision
3. Try to read the tiny fonts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see blurry little lines

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8 on Linux (Fedora 8)

Please provide any additional information below.

I've edited the code to set the font family and increase the font sizes
(I'm using Helvetica 16), however this should be a configuration option.

The text input areas need configurable font family and text size as well (I'm using
Helvetica 14).  No font is defined for them at all, and the default font is really
tiny on my 1920x1200 display.  I've attached the diff for the changes I made as an
FYI, or for other folks that need them until a configuration option is available.
