Push-and-Pull Switching is a window switching technique using window overlapping to implicitly define groups. Push-and-Pull Switching further allows to switch between groups and restack the focused window to any position to change its group assignment.

Use Ctrl+up arrow key to push a group and Ctrl+down arrow key to pull a group. It is also possible to use the Ctrl key and rotate the mouse wheel forward to push a group and backwards to pull a group.

Pressing Ctrl+Shift instead of Ctrl is used to restack the focused window.
