Pursuit evasion game

A Java implementation for the Pursuer Evader game, also referred as Pursuit-evasion. It has been made for the "Inleiding Adaptieve Systemen" course and should be used by students to implement a Self-Organizing Map into. For more detailed information on the library, see the Javadoc.
