Creates a blu-ray subtitle files from Advanced SubStationAlpha subtitles.

Not written with reference to any blu-ray specifications/limitations apart from HDTV standard for colourspace conversions (RGB -> Y'Cr'Cb'). Consequently restraint with subtitle settings followed by on device testing is really important. Output has so far only been tested on a Playstation 3 and with Cyberlink PowerDVD 7.3, using this muxer TsMuxer 1.8.4(b), reports of success/failure are greatly appreciated!

Windows only works only with 32bit Java6+ JVMs (due to native library). (x86_64 build is work in progress.)

Mac OS X snow leopard is recommended as it has to Java 6 for both x86 and x86_64
