IntroductionThe primary purpose of the report is to forecast cash flow. The secondary purpose of the report is to list the big projects that BRCS Property Department are involved (all years need to be considered). DetailsTo ensure that the report is consistent, complete, accurate and valid the following rules are suggested: - One entry per property
- Year should be that of the main cash flow
- Top 20 report has to be read as a whole, all years considered.
- If cash flow covers more than one year then details of cash flow per year should be included in comments
e.g. ****[2009 New Office Building] Initial appraisal work only or ****[2007 CF 741K; 2008 CF 18K] - All updates should be made to Propmansheet only. Note the modified date of Excel spreadsheet is not changed when webpage updated.
- To use you need a user name and password and to be connected to BRCS intranet
- User name admin is the only user that can:
- add a user ..../login/add_user
- list and delete users ..../login/list_users
