Introduction

Web page can be found at http://webapp.redcross.org.uk:3000/property/bids on the BRCS intranet.

It is your own personal Top20 Spreadsheet so, "garbage in = garbage out".

It is up to the user to ensure that correct information is entered.

There is some validation both on the spreadsheet and before it is entered into Propman but it is NOT meant to be full-proof as this is a "spreadsheet" not an input screen.

Propman ONLY recognises bids by Property Reference so take extra special care that the correct property reference for each address is used.

Details

You can perform the following functions on the spreadsheet:

• Filter by Year and territory
• CREATE NEW - create new row (property)
• Sort by any column by clicking on column heading
• Edit contents of cell of any row by clicking "Edit"
• Delete a row by clicking "Delete"
• Numeric rows sum-totaled for page
• Link to either of two pre-written Crystal reports (need to have Crystal Report writer installed and know the user and password for the Propman database)
• "Update Propman Product Analysis Upload File" this link produces a property analysis upload file that is saved to the default import directory in Propman and a web page showing the values produced
• "Update Propman Key Note Upload File" this link produces a keynote import file for Propman, again that is saved to the default import directory in Propman. It also has a web page showing values formatted.
