Reported by jeffgem...@gmail.com, Apr 19, 2011
Exporting Application states that it could not copy source file, but does in fact copy it (at least the .java file is present in the src dir).

Could not copy source file: /var/folders/Wj/WjCt0nH4EySX04TBl8tKx++++TQ/-Tmp-/sketch6158982826785562602temp/sketch.java

Mac OSX 10.6.7
Processing 1.5.0

I also see this on Windows 7.

I also see this on Win 7 x64, but only with certain sketches. I suspect it may have something to do with which libraries are being imported.

I can't reproduce this. What is a sequence of events that reproduces the problem?

I can produce it when using OpenGL and it seems to be the act of importing it, as it gives the error even if you don't use it. Also tested opengl2 in 195 with the same issue. Remove that import line and the problem goes away.

import processing.opengl.*;

void setup() {
  size(400,400);
}

I am getting this error, and I don't import any external libraries at all.

Mac OS X  10.7.2,  Processing 1.5.1

The file it cannot copy does not exist. It seems confused about where it's build directory is.

"Could not copy source file: /var/folders/1b/jk0n25_h8xj28x001s70rqj00000gn/T/MD3_v52077052203693322901temp/MD3_v5.java"

Please see comment #5. The bug has been found and fixed, and the update will appear in the next version of Processing (2.0).

There's no need to keep posting messages that say it's still broken in 1.5.1. It will always be broken in 1.5.1.
