processing-tool-template
The processing-tool-template project aims to support processing tools developers with an eclipse project to build processing tools. The provided template will compile the tool, create a javadoc reference and generate a one page html document.
When compiled, the tool will automatically be place into processing's tools folder so it can be tested immediately from within processing. an updated zip file with all the required files and folders is located in the distribution folder of your processing-tool-template project inside your eclipse workspace.
A basic tool website is created after each compile and can be found in the distribution→web folder inside your eclipse workspace. an example can be found here. Please feel free to make changes to the html and css templates to apply your design.
To get started, have a look at the video screencast and follow the wiki posts "howto", and "Guidelines".
The processing tools development page is located at dev.processing.org/tools.
For further questions please contact us. Comments, suggestions, or bugs can be reported under issues. for more specific questions regarding tools development, feel free to post in processing's discourse under "library, tool development"
If you want to create libraries for processing, have a look at the processing-library-template.
