DataTable Cell Editor should retrieve updated cell content of output facet

Otherwise it displays input values which can be different from initial display, like in #5482. We should always sync with server side value instead of generating one for output mode.

Does this mean that when user enters some value it's submitted to the server before fetching value as defined in output facet?
