What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dragging a scrollbar within a div

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when i click a scroll bar within a div to scroll content it locks in the 
ppdrag function and stays stuck until i refresh the page. i tried setting a 
mousedown function on the div of ppdestroy but still nothing.
