N colors (at least 8) I think if you go around Hue at 22.5 degree increments you can probably get 16 colors.

4 styles

1) Solid (current style)
2) Solid + outline
3) Half / Half (solid but half of ship is light, half dark)
4) Outline only

For a total of 16*4 or 64 versions.

Show ship style on both main display AND client display 

Put drawShip in library so both index.html and gameview.html can use it.

Need to add style selection to setColor command

I did this but......

Instead of just 6 colors (red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta) I did those plus all those with 0 channels at 0.5

In other words blue = 0,0,1  and then light blue is 0.5, 0.5, 1

But I'm not sure if those are good colors

The other issue is currently it just does styles and colors in a round robin way but that won't work. Instead you have track which colors are used so that when a player exits the game the color he was using becomes freed. 

Part of me just wants to put it back to random colors, maybe with a slightly better algo
