A PowerSDR verion with functionality suited to various SDR designs, projects and kits.

For the homebrewers simple LPT port pins are used to tune the Si570 chip as smooth VFO, drive LPF/BPF bandswitching, give PTT input and Rx Tx output control and CW keying.

USB connectivity is supported via the Cypress FX2 chip CY7C68013A. Interfaces having this chip are widely available on the market from many vendors. A good choice is the HSUSB board. The new USB version of PowerSDR-IQ is in beta test phase so any remarks can be directed to the author.
