PN of recent releases running as admin cannot see or open files in C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config, while Notepad and Notepad++ can.

When opening, a dialog is popping up:
"applicationHost.config could not be opened. This could be because the file not longger exists, a disk is absent or due to a broken network connection."

The problems could be replicated in Windows 10 and Server 2016.

File system redirection. PN is 32-bit. Try \Windows\sysnative\inetsrv\config instead.
