I whipped up an RPM SPEC file for CentOS 6.2, which one might be able to take 
advantage of elsewhere. Note that it will build the RPM named "plv8_92" or 
"plv8_$whatever" based on how pgversion is set. Build it like so for 9.2:

    rpmbuild -ba --define 'pgversion 92' SPECS/plv8.spec
