How to file an issue: for developers and enthusiasts
On filing an issue
Issues are essentially bugs, feature requests, or suggestions that you believe should be incorporated into the theme. Anyone (with a Google account) may file an issue and it will be tracked accordingly. It's simple.
For our purposes here, a bug is when the theme does something that it explicitly shouldn't, whether intentionally or accidentally.
Before filing an issue, however, consider:
- Does this keep in the minimalist philosophy behind the theme?
- Could this be done by a plugin instead?
- Is this a request for personalization?
- Could this be something accomplished with CSS alone?
But it's better to suggest something that isn't incorporated instead of keeping it to yourself.
And thanks for taking the time to check this out. Your input is both welcome and needed.

Hi, Scott
I've been using your theme in my blog suenosdelarazon.com with very little modifications. One of the changes I made was the width of the columns. I changed them from 120px to 140px.
I know that my problem now is ridicolous and I guess it'll be easy to be solved: I can't get to change the width again. I've forgotten the way I got the change. For sure I changed the width in the style.css from 120 to 140, but I know it's necessary to modify another parameter to get 2 colums of equal width... and I can't find this second parameter. My CSS skills are not even close to advanced, as you can imagine.
Sorry for my bad memory and my rusty english. Can you help me with a little advice?
Thanks in advance.
Hello Scott
I have just started using this theme on my blog (vassie.name), I absolutely love how versatile and adaptable it is, however I do have two questions.
1. Is it possible for a two column version.
2. When I perform a search, click on an archived view or a category view, there is no formatting on my posts, how can I fix this?
Sorry to bother you
Regards
Ben

Sorry for the double post, kept getting a 500 error. Ben
Hello Scott, and welcome back. This is a tiny thing, but a curious one: Every time a visitor leaves a comment, If it include a web address in the comment box, it gets mangled when it's published. What happens is that the last chunk of the URL gets repeated but at the beginning of the comment post. This post shows the problem perfectly: http://www.articlesandtexticles.co.uk/2007/10/29/colourcountry/
Hello Scott,
Great work on plaintxtblog 4.0 -- I think it will be a great fit for futureofengineering.org!!!
I would really like to see an option in the theme editor to have my blog text in the middle of the 3 columns.
Thanks,
Sam

Hi, I love the design but get this error whenever I load this theme:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' on line 1. Any ideas?
