Simple jQuery plug-in for placeholder support with HTML5 compatibility

place5 is a simple jQuery plug-in providing support for the HTML5 placeholder attribute on browsers that don't support it natively. place5 detects whether native support is available in the browser and does nothing if so (although you can override that if you want to have place5 do it instead).
