issue 42 (Toggle for shadow effect inside ruler area) commented on by resuahnrok   -   Merry Xmas jammind! This is just excellent --it works fine on most smaller (100 x 100 or so) captures, which is mainly what I need it for. I'll give it some more testing when I'm back in the office on the 4th, but I'm afraid to say there are still some artifacts at larger sizes: zoom in on the bottom two rows of the attached. Most everything should be white, but for some reason a bunch of grey pixels remain. Best regards for 2010!

issue 51 (Pixus process Idle CPU usage too high: constant 5-10%) reported by archon810   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Use Process Explorer to view Pixus.exe process CPU 2. Observe that even in idle, hidden mode Pixus constantly wastes CPU cycles by using 5-10% of the CPU What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I'm using the latest v1.1 R93, on Win7 x64. Please provide any additional information below. Sites like http://blogs.adobe.com/air/2009/05/performance_tips_for_adobe_air.html provide some clues to fixing Air CPU problems - perhaps these would help. Alternatively, there could be optimization the developer can apply to fix this. Any ideas?

issue 38 (Crash on dual monitors) commented on by jammind   -   1) Make sure you are using the Free Drag (Multi-screen Drag) feature instead of dragging the title bar. 2) Linux can't properly run Pixus without compatible windows manager. 3) If not the points above, please take some screenshots and I will figure it out. Thx:)

issue 49 (Feature request for pixus, proportion grids.) commented on by koen.caerels   -   When thinking about it, you've got a point there. It will make the use of pixus less intuitive for sure. We allways want to overload things with features. In my personal case, still looking for a good mac alternative, for the atrise golden section. An proportion skin (with some params eg.left to right) could be indeed a solution. I will think further about a possible solution.

issue 49 (Feature request for pixus, proportion grids.) reported by koen.caerels   -   Feature request. As a functional interface developer and visual artist I work a lot with proportions to get things in position. Just an idea, to add some grid defaults with some prefined grid divisions (eg. golden sections,...) that divides your pixus screen. For example (only for pc) http://www.atrise.com/golden-section/ Pixus is a great tool! Greetings, Koen Caerels (Belgium)

issue 48 (Mesures displayed are 1 pixel larger than mesured rectangle) reported by mcousinou   -   1. Draw a 100x100 rectangle in Photoshop (or display any image with known dimensions) 2. Fit Pixus on this rectangle 3. Pixus says 101x101 Or maybe the top and left borders of Pixus should be placed over the first pixel of the mesured area (and not the right and bottom borders) ?

issue 42 (Toggle for shadow effect inside ruler area) commented on by resuahnrok   -   Thanks for checking-- actually if you look really closely you will see the shadow: here's a screen cap of your screen cap (!), zoomed in 600% and scrolled all the way to the bottom right. Notice the gradual, two-pixel shadows. With a dark image this degree of shadow doesn't matter, but when capturing a lightly-colored graphic for web use it ends up looking very much like a bevel.
